#62 Offensive Linemen Mawan Hage - Hage's Heroes

Thanks to Tiger Cat Offensive Linemen #62 Marwan Hage,  approximately 1000 members enjoyed watching the Tiger Cats thump the Winnipeg Blue Bombers at Ivor Wynn Stadium as part of his Hage’s Heroe’s day.  It was an exciting evening for all those involved starting as the City Kidz buses pulled to a stop on Balsam Ave., to drop off children and their families.  As they made their way to the stadium, each child and parent who attended recieved a free pass to the game as well as a t-shirt as part of Hage’s Heroes program, a charitable initiative from Ticat, Mawan Hage.

“I’m very excited to help 1,000 deserving members of City Kidz come down to Ivor Wynne and enjoy a Tiger-Cats game as part of my Hage’s Heroes program,” said Hage. “I would like to thank all of the program’s sponsors including Echo Freight, Great Lakes Feeder Lines, Air Whistle Media, Centre 68, and Reebok and ask that all of the people smile and proudly cheer on the Ticats this Saturday.”

City Kidz staff also provided entertainment during the course of the game by organizing games and activities for families in the stands.

City Kidz would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all the sponsors, organizers and a great big high-five to Mawan Hage for his commitment to the kids of our City.
