For over 15 years City Kidz has been impacting the lives of children living in Hamilton’s inner city. We’ve always believed that every child, no matter their circumstance, deserves the opportunity to achieve greatness and fulfill their God given potential. Because of this, we are motivated to do all we can to transform the lives of inner-city children, break the cycle of hopelessness and end child poverty.

As you journey through this website, you will discover the mission, the vision and all the things that we value most. You will have the opportunity to learn about the core impact programs, and the unique projects that are building resiliency in the lives of our kids. Eliegante Hair Salon and Spa, Cuts a Path for Hope!

A huge thank you to all involved in this years annual Chop Your Mop cut-a-thon by the pros! With another successful year, Eliegante Assaf and his dedicated team of professional hair stylists, volunteers and friends were able to show the children of our community how much they truly care for them! For only $25, the team gave over 75 hair cuts to participants from the community.

Raising over $ 2500, the Chop Your Mop event has helped fund the City Kidz vision of actively reaching 5,000 children by the end of 2013, giving hope to our kidz and ultimately ending the cycle of despair and poverty in our community! We could NOT have done it without you Elie!

Can’t wait until next year!

The City Kidz Christmas elves were busy this December picking up a generous toy donation of over 1300 toys from the triOS College. A great big thank you to our friends at triOS College and to all those who contributed. Your support will make a big difference in each of our children’s lives this Christmas.

Annual Charity Golf Tournament hosted by the IRC Group and held this year at Heron Point Golf Links in Alberton, Ontario.

November 3rd - 4th

Road 2 Hope Marathon

The race dates for 2012 have been set for November 3rd to 4th. The marathon course proved to be fast, it has now been ranked as the #1 fastest Boston Marathon qualifying course in Canada!

Big Dream Banquet

Watch in amazement on Thurs, November 15th, as Carmen’s Banquet Centre rolls out the red carpet to welcome the who’s who of Hamilton and area for the City Kidz annual dinner. Tickets go on sale Aug. 13th.
