Strategic Priorities

We know that if we want to successfully transform children’s lives, we need to be adaptive and innovative in the way we structure and mobilize our resources. That’s why CityKidz has partnered with our community of children, families, volunteers, and supporters to discern and develop strategies that will keep our mission moving forward.

On the right are the strategic priorities that will guide CityKidz growth and development for the coming years.

2018 Impact Report

The stresses and deprivations of poverty affect children in their homes, their schools, their communities, and their hearts. Poverty thwarts opportunities and undermines childhood development in ways that put children at a disadvantage in so many critical aspects of their lives.

Without adequate love, guidance, and support, few children are able to overcome the burdens of poverty and pursue a better future.

We want to see all children thrive and we know that they will need to be resilient if they are going to overcome the burdens and obstacles of poverty.
